The Owayebike will arrive 90% assembled at your doorstep. Unpacking and assembly should take about 15 minutes. All you need to do is install the front wheel and fenders, handlebars, seat post, and pedals, and conduct a thorough check to ensure everything is tightened. You can find the necessary tools in the accessory box within the packaging. The assembly process should take no more than 15 minutes.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online.Once the order is placed and delivery times will vary depending on where you live，Usually 3-7 days.

Generally speaking, in order to avoid battery undervoltage, we recommend charging it at least once a month.

It would be great if you can top the battery up after each ride.
Please keep your battery charging port away from any metal objects.
